SL 360 NOTES

Feb 07, 2017

Some white space following paragraphs makes reading notes easier for learners.

Using "Line Spacing Options", set Spacing After: 6pt, it looks good in the authoring pane.  It has no effect in preview.

Hi there Sam,

Thanks so much for pointing this out. We are aware of an issue in Storyline 360 where the formatting in the notes panel is lost in HTML5 output. You're seeing that the formatting is also lost in Preview mode because Storyline 360 preview displays HTML5 content. However, the formatting is correct in the Flash output. For comparison sake, here's an example of a Notes panel with "Spacing After: 6 pt" published with HTML5 only and the same file published with Flash only.

I'll be sure to add your experience to the report and update this thread once we receive more information from Quality Assurance.

Hi Sam

Great news! Articulate 360 Update 4  was just released, and included a number of fixes which you can see in the release notes available here.  The item you all may be particularly interested in is how it fixed an issue where notes formatting wouldn't display in HTML5 output.

Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.
