Several of our enterprise clients don't allow Flash on any workstation for security reasons.
I removed flash from my workstation to see how much it would affect my work environment and found that (even though SL 360 supports publishing and local viewing of HTML5 only) SL 360 won't open and run unless Flash is installed.
Is there is a technical reason why Flash is required or is this a carry over from SL2 that will eventually be addressed.
Hi Sam - Yes, we still show Flash in our documentation for our Storyline 360 and Studio 360 as you can see here. I'm not sure on any move away from this for development nor is that within my realm of expertise, but will reach out to the team.
