Hi, Please help! I published a sl360 file for Web. On the "Congratulations..." publish result window, I clicked the "zip" button. I uploaded the zip folder and shared it, but somehow, neither the .swf nor the html5 files will open and play for the recipient.
when i click to open the Flash or Html5 files (in pic) from the zipped folder on my pc, they also do not open; however, when i click the same files from the un-zipped published folder, both open. I cannot upload the unzipped folder to deliver to the recipient...
Why is this happening? Any ideas?
Thanks for your help

More on this - The error when trying to open the Flash/,swf file is "ERROR: Could not load the file 'story_content/data.swf'" The html5 file just goes to blank white screen.
Ask the recipient to unzip the file. It won't play in zipped format.
Ahhh...thank you Brett! I will specify that. First to myself - LOL (good grief)
The folder was unzipped. Any other ideas?
Hello Terri - You should be uploading the content to a web server if you wish to view the output properly. Check out this article.
If you need to distribute for local viewing, we recommend publishing to CD.
