SL - Audio Not Inserting

Has anyone seen this before? Trying to insert audio, get a "saving" message, and no audio on timeline. Any thoughts? SL 360. I ran updates, on a corporate machine, so can't do a re-install right now.

I just reinstalled SL360 on another machine, same thing. Can anyone help? The only variation that I can think of it that this file uses Korean - Batang font. Other wise, the usual images + mp3s.

What happens if you copy one of the .MP3 files to the desktop?
Do the audio files play outside of Storyline?
Can I have you see if importing the assets directly into the media library works? Here's a visual walk-through of the steps.
