SL Version 3 no longer publishing to MS Word

Just updated to version 3 of SL.  I run Windows 7 64 bit and MS Office 2010. When I attempt to publish I get a successful publish message but nothing is in the folder.  

What I have tried

1.  Re-installing

2. Reinstalling MS Office

3.  Turned off firewall

No change.  Any ideas from the community?

Hi Steve, 

We've found that the publish to Word feature in Articulate Storyline Update 3 fails on some computers. When this happens, you'll usually be asked to save a template.dot file. This is a known issue:
It'll be fixed in the next software update for Storyline. In the meantime, do either of the following to correct it:
*  Publish to Word on a different computer where Storyline Update 3 is installed.
*  Temporarily revert back to Storyline Update 2 by first uninstalling Storyline from your computer. Then download and install Storyline Update 2 here:
