I've been building a course with imported PPT slides. When I publish the course, none of the text box formatting holds i.e. all the text runs off the page and the colors on the headers changes. I've tried adjusting the settings on the text boxes to "resize shape to fit text" and also importing the course again. I'm publishing from a local drive. Not sure where to go from here.
Hi there Miriam! So sorry to hear you've run into this trouble when publishing. Is this only happening when publishing, or also in preview? Has this happened with any other projects, or just this one? Are you viewing your published content in the intended environment (web, LMS, Articulate Online, etc.)?

No, it doesn't happen when previewing. Yes, we're looking at it in the intended environment and no, it's never happened before! So weird!

I'm seeing a run-off behavior even in previewing your file.
For instance Slide 1.11:
I would expect to see the same behavior when published. Are you not seeing this when you look at your file?
No, i don't get it in preview. It's part of what's crazy making. It looks fine until I publish it. But yes, that is exactly the issue.

That may give me a clue then Miriam :) Be sure that you are utilizing 96 DPI on your system. That could cause the issue you are seeing.
Darn..that didn't help. And yes, I'm getting it in preview mode too. Any other ideas?

If you are seeing it in preview as well, that would indicate that it's how the project was built. Have you tried adjusting the text boxes?
It looks like you have the text box set to re-size shape to fit text - which is probably what caused the issue with running off of the slide.
