SL2 - Where is the story.html file when publishing to LMS?

Hi Heros!

I'm working with a client who wishes to have a learner notified when the LMS has timed out or if an internet connection is lost. However, when I publish to an LMS, I cannot find the story.html file. I'm curious for any insight or if this activity is limited to publishing to web..............Thanks.....
