I saw the same error message when I tried to save your file after opening it (and making no changes). So instead I attempted to import it into a new project file, and that one saved normally. Can you take a look at the attached and let me know if that works for you?
Thank you so much for this. I didn't even know this was possible. I've just reimported using the same size as player options as the original file and yes, everything seems to be work correctly now. Thank you so much for your help. Your a life saver. Much appreciated.

I'd suggest looking at the best practices here to prevent any future corruption in your projects.
