I have set the player to "Resize browser to fill screen". However, this action doesn't happen when we open the file from our LMS. Previous files have worked fine.
it sounds like you may be viewing the HTML5 output, since resizing the browser is only available in Flash. Check out this article for more on which features are supported in Flash and HTML5.
You can dictate the size of the browser if you view the Flash output. However, this would mean that learners would have to view the output in a Flash-enabled browser.
I think that may be what has changed. We use Internet Explorer. Maybe it is no longer supporting Flash.
The odd thing is, even though it wasn't resizing, the browser was opening to a size roughly the same as the screen. The recent file is opening very small.
The only difference I can see is the new file is in wide-screen where the others were standard.
Is the wide screen making it open to a smaller size?
One surefire way to test whether you're viewing Flash or not is to right-click somewhere on the slide area. If you see "About Adobe Flash Player" in the menu that appears, you're viewing Flash.
If you'd like to send me the link to the output, I'd be happy to test it on my side!
I think I found a way around. I set the publish format to Flash/HTML5 rather than HTML5/Flash. That did the trick. It should work until our browser stops supporting Flash.

Ok. Thanks.

Hmm, that does sound odd.
