Hello-I placed a feedback button in my SL360 project that when clicked, should open a new email (which it does), however this is resulting in my course window going blank. I've uploaded the project to our sandbox LMS environment and noticed this behavior.
What I'd like to have happen is to open that email, but continue the module. What am I missing?
Hmm, that's odd. Are you saying that the course itself "disappears" to a white screen after the learner clicks the button? Have you noticed this happens in any browser?
I'd also be curious to test your course in another LMS environment. I like to use SCORM Cloud for LMS testing, since it's industry standard. I can help you with that testing if you don't mind sharing your file with me!
