How long are the videos on each slide? Unless each video file is very large, I wouldn't expect the preview function to take 5-10 minutes to generate the preview.
The story consists of 11 videos of between 30 and 50Mb each. The total size of the story file is 700+ MB.
The preview time is very inconsistent. Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes, sometimes twice that. Since I've logged it, it's quicker in general; should have logged it sooner :-)
Funny how that happens sometimes! I see you're working in a support case with Christopher. Is the file you shared with him one of the troublesome files that takes too long to preview?
