Does anyone know how to send the results for individual slides into the LMS? It seems as if the only options are to send the overall results. How can instructors see the individual questions as well as the students' responses for each slide?

Sounds like you are publishing to LMS with SCORM 2004.
Are you tracking via a quiz result slide?
If so, you should be able to see both question text and your learner response as it is being sent to the LMS.
I'm curious if you experience the same issue if you publish the course to SCORM Cloud or if the issue is limited to your LMS. I'd be happy to test this for you if needed, just feel free share your .story file.
