I have created a short,5 question, e-learning evaluation survey. On the free text slides, if you press enter it automatically moves the slide forward however I only want the slide to advance if the user clicks the button. Can you advise?
Are you able to share a copy of your file so someone can take a look?
My best guess is that there's a trigger firing somewhere that is advancing the slide but without seeing what's going on it's difficult to advise properly.
David's right. If you don't mind sharing the troublesome .story file, it'll greatly help us troubleshoot your settings! If you prefer to share it privately with our Support team, simply use this case link.
In the meantime, let's also check your Slide advances: properties (i.e., are they set to Automatically or By user?).
Automatically: How slides advance is based on it reaching the end of the timeline.
By user: A slide will not automatically advance until learners interact with it.
