I am completely stumped! I have embedded a video in storyline. If a user clicks on the video while it is playing, the course will advance to the next slide. The trigger is set to "Jump to next slide when media completes". Is there any suggestions as to how to fix this? I don't want anything to happen if the video is mistakingly clicked while it is playing.
Just wanted to jump in here with one more point. If the video is embedded (not actually inserted as a video file), it will hover above the slide in another frame, similar to web objects. It won't work quite the same way as an inserted video.
Josh's suggestion for changing the trigger is definitely a good idea. Match the time for the video in the timeline and have the slide jump when the timeline ends.
If you still have trouble with this, you're welcome to share the .STORY file here. I'd be happy to take a look.

One of the following might work:
1. Place a transparent rectangle over your video so that it is no longer clickable.
2. Change the trigger so it goes to the next slide when the video's 'timeline ends'.
