slide corrupted - can't see options for objects on timeline?

Hello,
Has anyone seen this behavior before - a slide in a story appears to have become corrupted somehow.
When I select an object on the timeline, it no longer gives me the usual options (show until end, align to cue point etc), it just shows me the options you would more usually see when you select on the top of the timeline - i.e. create cue point at playhead and delete all cue points.
This happened just minutes ago - up until then I was working on the slide with no issues.
Other slides in the story are unaffected.

Peek recording of problem slide and another slide - I've covered up the actual slide content for confidentiality.

Saving, closing/opening project, duplicating the slide, or creating a new story and importing the slide doesn't resolve the issue - the duplicated slide and imported slide have the same behavior.
Is there any way to resolve this without recreating the whole slide? I hadn't finished editing it so I can't use it as is.

I am on the most recent version of Storyline 360 that was released yesterday.
