I am noticing a weird problem. When I publish the storyline file, the top part of the slide is being cut. Its almost as if the top part has been trimmed to fit certain size.
The story size is one of the standard ones - 720 x 405 (16:9)
I have attached the screenshots of the slide as it appears in the story file and the slide as it appears in the published output.
Thanks for responding. I looked into the article and I am confused. How come adding a results slide and then deleting it (if one does not need it) help with the cutting thing. Even though I do not understand how this can fix the problem, I am publishing the file as I type this message. Let's see what happens...Will the magic happen...???
Wow, I am still in disbelief. But seeing is believing...
Well now I am publishing the file by adding the results slide, doing the timer things, and then deleting the results slide altogether. Will post if this one works or not...:)
Thanks Peter for giving me the fix for this problem. I am guessing this fix of inserting the results slide, changing the setting with the timer, and then deleting the results slide is more like a patch work to fix this problem. Hopefully the root cause of this issue will be taken care of in the next updates.
Regardless of that, it works for now and my problem is solved!!! So thanks once again!!

Hi Payal
If you find that the top or bottom of each slide is cut off when you preview or publish your Storyline project, please review the following article for more information and a solution:

And the magic happened...

Glad to hear it, Payal! And for the record, you're right: We're working hard to get this fixed in time for the next build
