Has anyone else had this happen? It's now happened to me in a couple of .story files. The user clicks on an arrow to move to the next scene. I've tried telling it to move to the first slide of the next scene, I've tried telling it to just move to the next scene-nothing seems to work. The second time around (if you click for a while) it does eventually work. And it looks like it works in flash, just not Html5. Any advice, anyone?
I've had this happening in some stories as well. For me it was the case of having layers present in both the master slide and the regular slides, something the HTML5 output did not seem to like (white pages and/or consecutive white flashes). In my case, I opted to eliminate layers on the master slide and use them only on regular slides - that seemed to do the trick.
Thanks for the response! I don't have layers on the master slides, so I don't think it's that....anyone else experience this? The slides work other than the transition trigger.

Hope this helps,

Hey-
Thanks for the response! I don't have layers on the master slides, so I don't think it's that....anyone else experience this? The slides work other than the transition trigger.
Thanks!

HI Chana,
Are there any other triggers tied to that navigation? Or just the "Jump to"? If so, try removing those additional triggers or changing the order.
Are you able to share the .STORY file here, so we can take a look at what's happening in your project?
Thanks!
