I am using the Journey template, on the base slide I have six different objects that have a trigger to show another layer. The trigger works to show the new layer, however, none of the content from the slide is appearing. I have pictures and a title on the slide layer and when it clicks over, I see nothing. Any thoughts?
There seems to be something strange going on with this template. For example, I can open only one slide at a time while viewing it in Storyline, in the tabs at the top. I was unable to figure out what is going on with your layer, I definitely see what you are talking about. Someone else may be able to help, and I'm sure Articulate Staff will be replying here soon. Sorry I couldn't help. :(
I took a look at your file too and I'm seeing the strange behavior on slide 1.11 - all the other slides worked fine and I could open them normally to navigate between them.
I don't see anything off in the file so I was hoping you could tell me about more about your process? Do you work on local project files (vs. a network/shared drive)? Are you using the latest Storyline 360 Update? Did you notice this issue after inserting or editing certain elements?
The project is saved on my desktop and yes I have latest version of Storyline. The only thing I have noticed is that if I unclick the hide base layer, the content on the slide layer stays (with the base layer showing through), When the hide base layer is there, the slide layer content goes missing.
Thanks for confirming those pieces. I haven't seen something similar with other Storyline 360 files - have you run into this with other slides and layers, or just this slide from the template?
I tested that slide from the Journey template on it's own in a new project file and that one worked fine regardless of the layer property settings.

Can you share your project file here? It's always quicker if we can take a look at the project.
Michael,
I have attached the project below, it is slide 1.11. The layer I am currently working on is the MCA layer.
