I cannot get a slide layer to advance after the timeline finishes. I have the trigger set up to advance to next layer after timeline finishes. In preview I do not see the time bar. Help
The first thing I always check is the length of my timeline. Even though you have the trigger set, if there is a lot of extra time on your timeline, Storyline will not fire that trigger until it gets to the end. If your timeline is too long, drag it to the left.
Also, the seekbar is not turned on by default. If you want to see this in Preview, go to the Player menu and turn it on.

Thanks Jill. I have checked my timeline and set it at 4 seconds for testing and it still keeps replaying my slide. It just loops.
Have you checked the timelines on your layers? Each layer has it's own timeline.
I am not sure what the structure of your slide is, so if you want to upload your slide here, we can take a look.
