Slide Layers
Sep 10, 2014
I have a main menu slide that contains 6 layers. Once a specific layer is chosen via clicking on its corresponding tab, it takes the user down a branch of slides on that related topic. When the user reaches the last slide of that scene, clicking the next button takes the user back to that main menu page with all the layers.
The issue I am having is, when the trigger sends you back to the main page, the first layer is still showing, instead of the base layer. Is there a way to permanently hide layers once they've been visited? Or is there another work around to keep this from happening?
Side Note: I can't just set the slide to revert to it's initial state when revisiting because I need the states of the tabs to be visited in order for the last layer to show.

Do you have to have the 6 layers on the main menu slide or can that layer be the first slide in the branch?
Oops, I meant to post my file along with that last post. But here it is so you can take a look.
And to answer your question, I don't necessarily have to, but the way this course is laid out, I would like to keep it this way if possible.
I added 6 "hide layer" triggers to the main slide. This seems to work so I left them in there
. I like your tabs.
It works! Thank you so much! I thought I tried doing that, but I guess I just didn't do it right
