Slide Loading Lag and Audio Not Playing on First Slide

Hi All,

I need a little help on this project.  I just loaded it for one of the weekly elearning challenges (193), but I have this problem consistently and I am not sure what I am doing (or not doing).

When my file loads, there is really long lag between the first and second slide.  It's a simple file so I don't see why it should take forever to transition from one slide to the next.  This happens in preview and when I have it posted in AWS.

Also, the audio I have on the master slide stops working on the first slide, but it's fine on the second.  I consistently have problems with audio playing from a master.  This one doesn't have any "repeat media" triggers so I'm not sure what's happening.

My link is above and my file is attached.  I usually use Chrome to preview and I'm using Storyline 360 to develop.
