Slide Menu

I saw this really cool demo last night on Youtube for creating a slide menu that comes out from the left side of the screen when you click on a menu icon in the upper left corner of your screen and then slides back to disappear when you click on the same icon that shows in the upper right corner of your menu when it is open. This was all done on the slide master with layers, triggers, animation and hotspots. I've been trying to replicate it today, but can't get the close feature to work, and can't find the Youtube post. Any thoughts? I've attached what I've created so far. The work is all on the slide master.

You probably saw this one here, you can compare the source file with your setup.
Looks like Michael is assisting you here Joel, just let us know if you need anything further.
Thanks Michael. That is the one. I found it again this weekend and started to attempt to also create a narration pane that slides up from the bottom as well. Still working on it as I'm having a little trouble with the consistency of the animation when I click back and forth on the hotspot. First time it slides in and then back out after clicking on a close button, but the second time the narration pane functions as an on/off by the trigger without animation. I'm going to check the properties next to see if I need to adjust something there.
Odd the animation shouldn't be affected. Could you share your file?
Hi Jeff,
Great animation by the way. This is exactly what I've been hoping to see so we can increase screen real estate without the player. I've used your same technique to add a narration box at the bottom. Still working on perfecting this, but I think I got the animation on the narration to function correctly by changing the properties to reset to the initial state when revisited. File attached.
Exactly what I was thinking :)
