Slide Nav Controls vs. buttons

Hi everyone,
I have not found a way to use the default slide navigation control buttons for anything other than applying it to the base slide. As a matter of fact, in most if not all cases, I have to uncheck the option so that they will not get in the way. Luckily there are many other ways to create navigation controls in SL through the use of Triggers.
Is there anyway to place custom buttons in the same location as the default Previous, Next, and Submit buttons?
Thank you,

Hey Daniel - I'm sorry, no, there isn't a way to use the bottom bar of the player for your own custom buttons - right now that area is used only for the default nav controls (such as Prev, Next, Submit), the volume control, and the seekbar. Feature requests welcome though!
Is there a possibility to make the Nav Controls larger? When I publish my work the quiz parts Submit button shrinks, is it possible to enlarge Nav Controls?
Hi there, Samuli! You can customize your Player font size as described here; making the font larger will make the submit button larger, too. These customizations will show in the Flash output.
Also, if you really want to get heavy, you can browse this forum on Developer SDKs for ideas on customizing your player entirely. :)
