Slide Navigation based on two (2) conditions?

Dec 28, 2012

here is the scenario I would like to bring up..  I have a presentation that I am putting together and I am using Articulate Storyline (best product in the world)..

I have slide A, B, and C, and now all these slides go to slide D.  Now getting to slides E, F, and G, is going to be based on which of the slides the user uses to get to slide D..

example.. if a user is coming from slide A, and then it automatically goes to an intermission slide D, slide E, would only be next if the user came from slide A prior to going to the general slide D.  if the user comes from slide B and then goes to the intermission slide D, then the user would be directed to slide F based on the condition of coming from slide B.

 please see attached..

Is this possible? can I set this up within the triggers or do I have to do it some other way?

Fantastic..  I now see how you set it up..  that is awesome..  thank you for taking the time to help me out..  I will read up about creating a variable so I can get this running..

Thank you for the proper direction.  I really appreciate it, and am excited to see that the possibility does currently exist..

Glad that helped, Douglas.

For a slightly different approach, check out our numbers tutorial. The approach is the same: create a single variable and evaluate the variable using a condition. The context for the tutorial is around awarding points and branching based on a learner's current points, but it's just another approach to what you're doing.
