I
have created a safety training but some of the slides do not show up in the
menu section during preview or when published. How do I fix this? Slides that
show and the ones that do not have the same properties and layout, are in the
same scene (this happens in several scenes) and everything looks exactly the
same. The entire story previews well, but some scenes dont show up in the
menu.

Hi John,
Have you tried the Reset from story button in the Player?
Click the Player button on the Ribbon (Home tab, Publish group)
When the Player Properties dialog box opens, click the Menu button (yellow in screenshot)
Click the Reset from Story button (see callout in screenshot)
If that doesn't work, please let the community know.
