Click the Player button (Publish group on the Home tab)
Click the Text Labels on the Custom tab in the dialog box (red outline in screen shot)
Scroll down until you get to #34
Look at the screen shot and note that the title has been changed, in the Custom Text column, to Transcirpt. Also look in the Preview area of the Screen Shot, and note that this change has been reflected on the notes tab..(again, a red outline in the screen shot).
