Trying to determine the maximum amount of text that can be placed in the Articulate Storyline 360 Slide Note tab. I have a large amount of text that needs to be displayed in the slide note panel (the amount of text is the from a 10 minute video).
Likewise can the text be automatically advanced or timed to the video?
I don't see any limit to the amount of characters within the NOTES section.
As far as displaying the text in sync with audio/video, I believe Storyline NOTES section don't have any such option. You need to create a separate audio script (text box) layer. And to make the text appear in sync with audio, you need to create couple of variables, cue points in timeline and few triggers to adjust variables in line with those cue points (value=textual content).
Hello! I just wanted to pop in and mention that a Closed Captioning feature will be added to Storyline 360 in Q1 2017, so stay tuned! Until then, Deepak's method of syncing captions with video is the way to go.
