This morning I downloaded an update to Storyline 2, and now I can't see or edit my slide notes and receive an error every time I try to preview an individual slide. Has anyone else run into this or know any tricks to get it working again?
One other interesting thing I've noticed is that all of my text/typing abilities are affected, not just slide notes. For instance, when I try to view an Incorrect layer on a software simulation slide, no text displays at all on the box within that layer. When I attempt to type words onto the Hint caption layer, my text displays on the screen in reverse order. In the attachment, I typed the word "Authorized," and this is how it displayed on the Hint caption.

Yikes, so sorry you're running into that!
Is your file saved to your local hard drive? Shared drives and network drives are known to cause problems like these, so storing your files on your local drive is best.
If your file is already saved locally, let's do a fresh installation of Storyline 2. Let me know if that does the trick!
The uninstall/reinstall worked great! Not sure what went wrong before, but I do appreciate the help. I'm up and running now.
Wonderful! 🎉 So glad that worked. Thanks for letting me know!
