I have a tutorial that I've published and posted onto our LMS platform. When I look at the slide properties, all slides are set to "advance by user", yet when I launch and watch the tutorial the slides are auto advancing. Am I missing another setting or way to control the player (slide advance) properties?
Hi, Bill: I'd go into Story View and then check out the slide properties on the lower right. That should be tell you how they are advancing. It maybe that someone messed with the advance settings on the slide level.
While I did share that the slides do not auto advance in preview mode, that still doesn't solve my problem or issue with them auto-advancing when played on my LMS. The LMS works from and serves up the zipped scorm file from Storyline so I guess I'm still confused on why it's behaving this way.
One guess might be that my versioning or updating within the LMS is flawed???
If you've checked all your Storyline settings and things are looking correct there, it sounds like something is happening within the LMS. I'd definitely double check on your versioning, and see if you can contact anyone at your LMS to see if they know of something that could be causing it on their end. You can also always test it in SCORMCloud to see if you can replicate the issue there.

Are you checking them from store view? Do they auto advance when you preview?

Actually it doesn't auto advance in previeww mode.
I did check the story view settings and they are correct.
Thanks Bill for updating us! If you need anything else, just let us know!
