Thanks for replying Ashley,

I am using Storyline 2 and have repaired, but I am still having the same problem. I am still getting an error report and the only option I have is to send or not to send to articulate the problem.

In the meantime, we have upgraded one of the other computer to Windows 10 and the same problem is present. Any other suggestion would really be appreciated.
