Slide Preview and Slide Publish issue

Anyone please check whether you also face the issue which occurs sometime to me. It is weird to see, when a slide which has many customized triggers plays perfectly in the preview. But the published output does not works to the expectation. 

Because, I worked a slide which has many layers as popups or flow of the animation. I have many buttons on the layer which redirects to other layers accordingly. I have kept a close button on the main layer which is hidden at the first. Only after visiting all the buttons, it should be revealed. So accordingly I have triggered it. It works perfectly in the preview mode. But when I published it, the package is not resulting such. Please let me know anyone to have a solution.
