Slide Properties Navigation with Question slides and moving prev and forward through already answered question.

I have two issues:  one due to my lack of knowledge regarding the proper parameters setup and the other due to my error.

I have all of my questions setup as follows: Slide advances:  by user; When revisiting:  reset to initial state; Results slide:  (None); slide navigation controls:   Prev and Submit are checked off. 

My learner can go back through an already answered question but when the learner starts to progress forward again, they must answer the already answered question again. 

If I had to keep this interaction as is, I am fine with this learner experience, but it isn't optimal. 

I would prefer that the learner be able to go back through an already answered question and progress forward again through an already answered question without having to make the learner answer/submit it again.  I don't know if I need to change the Slide properties area or create a trigger.  How do I change from the initial experience of the person having to click Submit to progress to then not seeing the Submit option anymore but a Next option instead if they are only trying to navigate through an already answered question slide.

I overlooked my first question and setup the slide properties in a different way:  Slide advances:  by user; When revisiting:  reset to initial state; Results slide:  (None); slide navigation controls:   Prev and Next are checked off.   If the learner has already answered this question and has gone past it to another slide, and the learner then goes back through this answered question, and then progresses forward again, the question is in a state of 'answered' yet the learner can't progress beyond the slide. 

Help?!?!

 

 

How do I set up the parameters/slide properties to allow a learner to...

1. Answer a question

2. Submit the answer

3. Move onto the next slide

4. Go back past already answered question slide

5. Move forward to already answered question

6. Keep existing, submitted, answer to the question they are progressing through again, and then get to the next slide?
