Slide size and screen

Oct 01, 2020

Hi,

I would like to know how to make the slide in the player take up all the space of the screen? I use a 16/9 ratio, however, I still keep a white background and I cannot adjust the size of the slide to the size of the screen… In addition, is it possible to modify the background color of the player ? With the modern reader, I only see the light or dark style...

Thank you

Regards

Hello Mélanie,

Some good info here on customizing player colors, and long story short, you're correct in the fact that the modern player has limited customizability - https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-360/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-change-player-colors-font-size

You can find full documentation here, and a lot of useful tutorials on customizing the player here - https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-360

Tank you for your response but I already did this but the result is not what I would like to have. I would like that all the part of my slide where the content is, takes up all the screen space. Now even if I do what you just said before I still keep the white part between my slide and the screen. You can see it on the pic attached. Maybe this depends on the ratio of the slide..I put 16;/9 ratio, 720x405.

Thank you for your response,

Regards,

Hi Mélanie!

Thank you for sharing the screenshot! It sounds like you've changed all of the settings in Storyline 360 so the next step is looking at your Learning Management System.

In this short screen recording, I've explained how to change the launch behavior in your Learning Management System. Take a look and let me know what you think! Here's the link.
