Slider Accordion

Hi heroes,
Had downloaded this lovely slider accordion a few days ago for my storyline project.
I am confused with this one for two reasons:
1. i have disabled the player back and next navigation and created my own navigation buttons. Now with this slide i don't know which layer i should place the navigation buttons on.
2. If i make any changes on the slide in terms of text or colour, it does not work correctly.. Any suggestions why would this happen?
Thanks
Gini

Hi Gini
are you wanting the learner to do the layers in order or they can click in any order? What do your custom nav buttons look like and where are they currently placed on your slide?
Hi Wendy,
The learners can click in any order. Have no restriction on that one.
However i have restricted the learner to move ahead after viewing all the tabs.
Currently i have placed my custom navigation buttons at the bottom right of the screen.
Thanks
Gini
If they can do the layers in any order you could have them disabled or hidden on timeline start and then a trigger on each layer (whatever you use to close the layer) to change them to normal when all layers have been visited - I'd probably use variables to achieve that.
Hi Wendy,
I have created buttons for some other slides where the user clicks the Back button to come back to the Base layer.
Should this type of accordion have a separate close button on top of every layer for the user to come back to the base layer?
Thanks
Gini
Hi Gini
you could set a trigger to hide layer when timeline ends or when user clicks a button.
Can you share the .story file you are working with - might be easier to suggest a solution if we can see your setup.
