Is it possible to inhibit or prevent manual movement of the slider? My slider is set up with trigger movements now based on answer selections. It's being used as a rating scale based on their selections.
If it makes a difference, the slider is on the Master slide.
Thoughts on how to prevent manual slider movement?
On the Home tab, be sure to go into the Tab Order feature and delete the slider from the list of objects on the slide. Otherwise, the user will be able to use the Tab key to tab to the slider and use the right/left arrow keys to adjust it.
Thanks just what I was looking for. Although the mouse indicates that it should be an interactive element. Guess we have to make compromises sometimes.

put a hotspot over the top of the slider
Ding ding ding!! That did it!
Thank you for that creative solution. :)
Also, if you right click on the hotspot you can turn off the hand cursor so it doesn't look clickable
And thank you so much for the quick reply!
YEP, SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED THAT ONE!

I have learned so much from this one question! Thank you all so much - I'm humbled.
