Slider thumb hard to grab after first drop

I've designed a simple slider interaction showing some layers at different stops.
The problem I see both in preview and after publish on various browsers is that - after dragging/dropping the slider one time - the thumb is very difficult to grab again. The only place it's "clickable" is along the very bottom edge of the thumb.
I'm running Storyline 2, Update 4.
Please let me know if you've seen this and/or know a way to resolve it. Currently, it makes the slider frustrating for the learner (and me;).
Thank you!

Did you use a custom thumb or one of the built-in styles? I haven't seen this problem yet. Can you share your .story file here so that we can have a look?
Hi, Michael - thanks for your response. I'm just using a built-in style. I've attached the screen where I'm having the issue.
It's the weirdest thing, the arrow shapes on the layers somehow interfere/overlap the slider on the baselayer. I turned them off and the slider works fine. I also tried shortening one of the arrow shapes (so that it was not as close to the slider) and that seems to work too.
Ah! The arrows in the layers - that is strange. I'll see what I can do with the formatting to fix it. Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction of what was causing the problem. I couldn't figure out why other sliders have worked fine and why this one was acting so strangely!
Much appreciated, Michael!
Glad that Michael was able to help you here Lora :)
