I'm building a slider-based slide (SL360) and am trying to get a handle on how to make a large (in dimensions) image slide smoothly across the screen. I've got multiple sliders, all set to the same variable so when one moves, the others move, also. I've set the slider thumbs to be images - Where the image is small, it slides smoothly but for bigger images the performance is unacceptably poor, even when the file size is very small (31K). Advice?

Have you experimented with the Step value for your slider(s)? I often set this value to the smallest possible (0.01) to ensure smooth thumb movement.
I was actually going to do the opposite - it's like the browser 'can't keep up' rendering the large image...
