When I publish my content some of the slides are coming out distorted. I tried to re-create the problem on my end but I do not see it. My viewers are saying the slides are distorted and do not allow them to move forward. I have attached an image of what they are experiencing. Has anyone experienced this before? Could it be the web browser?
Hi, Heidi -- So sorry for your difficulties! Would it be possible to share your .story file so I can check it out on my end? Also, you may want to run through the troubleshooting steps listed here to see if you find improvement, but I'd like to test your file to confirm, as I believe this may be a known issue.
I have seen this in the past. The cause was one of two things in my case:
The publish corrupted output. In my case, every user saw the same problem. Re-publishing the file fixed it in this case.
Users had accessed one version of the course, I uploaded a new one. When re-launching the course and not clearing cache, conflicts and old files caused display issues.
Hi, Heidi -- Thanks so much for sharing your file, and perhaps you might want to consider Steve's suggestions first before running through the repair steps I mentioned earlier.
And also, would it be possible for you to send a pared-down version of your file that only includes a few slides where you are seeing the text overlap? Your published output is going to be a bit to large to test on tempshare.articulate.com as I had hoped.

No problem, I attached the file. So I need to uninstall the program and re-install it?
