Does articulate storyline limit the number of slides when we publish it into web, LMS or CD because I have more than 500 slides in one file to publish but it cannot publish. Which's type should I publish so it'll not limit number of slide to publish?
Bruce is right - there's no "set limit" to the number of slides you can publish in Storyline, but 500 slides is a lot, especially if there's a lot of video, audio, or other media-rich content. That's going to put quite a burden on your system when publishing, and you might also want to consider the burden it will put on your end users' systems when they try to load the course.
Would it make sense to break your course up into two or more modules? Or maybe remove any media that's not necessary?
I have comfortably published over 350 slides but this was a 200mb course, from a user point of view this was a crazy download and for the company they had not considered the bandwidth issue this would create
Thank you a lot for your team's reply. Actually I split them into a set of slides but there are some issues to make me have to try to put these into one big file. So, If it's impossible to do this, it's fine.

I am not aware of any limit, however...I have to say that 500 sounds like a lot for one course!
What is happening?
Bruce
It can publish only 250 slides.
Could you check it for me is there any limit to number of slide?
Thanks

Is there any slide limit increase in Storyline 360?
Hello Anirudh,
We do not have a limit on the number of slides that you can include in your course.
Are you experiencing an issue with your project? Can you tell us a bit more about the file size of your project and how many slides you have?
I have imported the 1500 questions in the storyline file. when I tried to publish 2-3 times its crashes.
Hi Anirudh,
Thank you for following up and sharing those extra details! I see you've started a case and shared your file with our team.
Once they're done testing, they'll reach out with next steps. You're in great hands!
Hi Ren,
My System configuration is Intel i7 8th generation with 1 Tb hard drive with 500GB free space.
And also, I had close all other applications while publishing.

Anirudh
Hi Anirudh!
Thank you for sharing an update! I see that Darwin was able to help narrow down the snag. Let us know if we can help with anything else!
is there also a limit on how big a video insert it will take ?
Hey there, Mike!
Good question. Storyline supports images, audio files, and videos up to 2 GB each.
Let us know if you need anything else!
