My slides are not advancing, when the user clicks next, on the slides that are the last slides within a scene. For example, I have 3 scenes. The last slide of scene 1 does not advance, when the user clicks next, to the first slide of scene 2. I have it checked that it will do so on the "slide navigation controls."
I just had to set to just to the next slide, but had not clicked on a specific slide. I went to edit, and click on advance to (and clicked the specific slide). Now it works! Thanks for the help!

Is the trigger for the next button set to jump to next scene, or the particular slide within the scene?
