Hey there George! Sorry you've hit this roadblock! Here are a few things we'll want to double check before we dig deeper:
Is it possible you're working from somewhere other than your local hard drive? Working from a network or flash drive can cause problems, so your C: drive is your best bet.
Does your system meet the requirements listed here?
Does the same thing happen when you select "Preview Scene" or "Preview Entire Course"? You may also want to try previewing a completely different file. Does the same thing happen there?
I recently lost EVERYTHING on my C-Drive due to a Ransom Virus and was told by my IT Dept to load the Software onto my network Drive

Oh wow, so sorry that happened to you! I know that had to be frustrating. Instead of installing and working directly from your network drive which can cause issues and even file corruption, is it possible for you to store a backup file on your network drive and work from a duplicate copy on your local drive? Just keep in mind you'll want to avoid reopening the project on your network drive again until you've copied it back to your local hard drive.
