Slides skip before completing Nov 15, 2018 By Kelly Edmonds Hi everyone. I have been looking around for the same issue in here but can't find - I could be using the wrong lingo. I am working with S360 and producing courses that are pretty high in size due to HD videos and audio on all slides (client request) When tested, some of the slides with video on them don't quite complete and skip to the next slide as though there are buffering issues or something. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions, overall? Thanks!

So, the slides are prematurely advancing prior to the video completing? Are the slides set to advance automatically or by user? Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one? If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed. If it's happening in any/all files, you should certainly conduct a repair of your software.
