Slides Skipping/Not Loading on Website

Hi,
I've run into a strange issue that I'm wondering if anyone has experienced. On some computers, when users click to open the Storyline files, they either do not load, or they load, but the slides skip to the next slide before the media is complete. I haven't been able to replicate this issue, but two people have reported it. It does not seem to be a browser issue, as it is happening to one person on IE, Chrome, and Firefox. It does seem to have to do with some other necessary software or the computer itself. Both users reported experiencing the issue on their laptops but not their desktops. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this?

Hi Robyn,
First, if they've viewed the course successfully in the past, it may help to clear their web browser cache.
If that doesn't help, I'd make sure they're running a recent version of the web browser, Flash, Java, etc.
These are the minimum requirements needed to run and view Storyline:
Articulate Support - System Requirements for Articulate Storyline
Scroll down to the section titled "Viewing Content" in the article above and have your users check to see if they're, at least, running the required versions of the software/apps needed to view content successfully.
If they still have trouble, it might help to know what version(s) of web browser(s) they're using and possibly try sharing a link to your course. We could take a look and see if we experience the same thing.
