I have a Storyline 2 course where we have a few slides which have nothing in the Notes but when previewed/published the Notes from other slides are being displayed. In some instances it looks like the Notes from the previous slide are not being cleared but this doesn't appear to be the case for all of them. Has anyone come across this and know how to remedy it?
I wanted to provide an update here, as Storyline 2 Update 10 was just released, and included a number of fixes which you can see in the release notes available here. The item you all may be particularly interested in is how it fixed an issue where notes from a previous slide would appear in published output if the current slide didn't include notes. You can download the latest update here, and after downloading and installing the latest update you’ll want to republish any existing content to ensure that the updates and fixes are applied.
Let us know if you have any questions, either here or by reaching out to our Support Engineers directly.

Yes, it happens to me and I think it is a bug.
Any entry in the notes of that slide will fix it. Sometimes I use "No narration on this slide.", and other times I just put "."
Hi Anne and Walt!
It has been reported to our QA Team. I will add this thread for both user awareness and for updates when applicable.
Many thanks Walt and Leslie.
Hi Anne!
Would you be able to share your .story project so that we can take a look. I am working with the QA Team.
