My storyline 360 is operating slowly. There is about a 2 - 3 second delay when I execute functions. I ran a computer diagnostic and received a healthy report. I also performed a disk clean-up, however, the slowness is still there. I have 16 GB of RAM and windows 11 installed (see attached). Solutions are greatly appreciated.
I'm sorry to hear that Storyline is running so slowly for you! This, of course, shouldn't be happening. I would love to troubleshoot this for you, but first I have a couple of clarifying questions:
Are you working from your local drive? Working from a network drive can sometimes lead to some difficulties.
Is this problem happening with a specific file or all files? If it's one specific file, you can try is to import your file into a new one.
