Small HTML player size?

Apr 09, 2018

Hey all

Me again. Seems I can't stop posting countless questions at the moment. When I publish my eLearning (in this case scorm 1.2) the story.html plays really small. However, when I use the story.swf to launch it, it plays larger and will maximise the screen. I've attached screen shots so you can see the difference in size.

Is there anyway to increase the HTML playback size?

Thanks

Hi there, Phil! No worries about posting lots of question.  Your participation is what makes this community the greatest.  💙

When you upload your course for LMS, typically your LMS will choose the launch file.  The output you see when launching your course from the LMS depends on your publishing formats (Flash and  HTML5) and if your browser has Flash Player enabled.

Check out this article about the difference between Flash, HTML5 and Articulate Mobile Player output.  If you scroll down to the Player: Other section, you'll see how the player size and browser behavior varies between the outputs.

Generally, your player should always be able to fill the current browser window.  Forcing the browser window to scale up, however, is limited.

Tell me about your publishing formats and in what browsers you're viewing your content.  Then we can help with next steps!
