Smooth scrolls

Hi All,

I want to create a treasure map game.

For this I thought about using a panel with a large picture inside (5000x5000 pixels).

It would allow me to pan and smoothly scroll through the picture.

On this picture I would then define hotspots…

It seems than panels do NOT (yet) have the capability to use a horizontal scroll.

I’m kind of developing a tunnel vision here so all input is more than welcome.

Hey Geert,

During the Beta, there was a really great example of this where you had to navigate through a maze. I do not have the sample file, I think Phil made it. It is possible to do something like this.

Hey Gerry,

It wasn't that one. It was a really basic layout, and it was set up so that we had to complete a maze. There were a lot of slide transitions and zoom regions used, and to move through the maze we clicked on the top/bottom or left/right side of the screen.

Yes it was, me! I am on holiday at the moment and unable to upload. The wifi here is choking on my file. Will try to upload in the morning if not will have to wait until I get home (two weeks)
