Social Media

I am working in Storyline and would like to build out a game through interactions.  I would like to know if there is a way to get scores linked straight to social media in the background from quizes  For instance, I would like for them to have an option much like the games on iPhones where they can opt in to share on Twitter/Facebook and it runs in the background and when they get to a scoring slide then it can publish their score and level with a hashtag etc... or is this something where I have to have them link up and just provide a URL and they go out and do it on their own?  I'm trying to get away from the steps that they would have to take...
