I recently updated Storyline 360, and am having a new issue with the product freezing. Occasionally when I try to paste a picture into storyline the entire product will freeze. The only way for me to correct the issue is to close the program using my Task Manager. This issue is especially frustrating when some of the work isn't properly saved. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Oh no, that doesn't sound right! Is Storyline 360 freezing when copying and pasting a particular image, or is it every image? If it's just one image, can you try importing the picture again and seeing if that does the trick?
