I'm trying to do a screen record of a software on my laptop that can be uploaded as slides that allow the learner to click the next buttons. However when I record the software it just uploads as one slide and not step-by-steps.
I've tried this with an internet browser and it works, does this feature only support certain software?
I'm not aware of any software limitations with Screen Record but I have tried to reproduce your issue using a number of old legacy and obscure software in Windows 10 just to make sure. I did encounter your issue with one of the programs i tested and tried recording again, somehow it works for me.
I did tried something different by selecting other options in the 'Step-by-step slides' drop down menu and then re-selecting Try mode steps again.
Hope this helps and let know how it goes. Happy New year!
Hi there, Killian! In addition to what Ryan offers (thanks!), have a look at this article. Sometimes the programs' permissions settings can cause the single slide output.
